Bio:
Stephen Masiclat is a professor and director of the graduate program in New Media Management where he has led design and development teams prototyping content management systems for digital journalism practice. He has published broadly in areas of digital media and UI/UX design. His most recent peer-reviewed articles demonstrated use of Q-Methodology to generate mathematically valid user personas for UI/UX design, and demonstrated the use of a deep learning algorithm in dynamic UI applications to discern matches across non-congruent domains.
