Bio:
Hugo Zylberberg is a Cyber Fellow at Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs, in charge of coordinating the Tech & Policy Initiative. He is also a member of the Research Center on Values and Policies of Personal Data at the Institut Mines-Telecom in Paris, and has a background in economics, computer science and public policy. His research focuses on cybersecurity, data protection, and the future of the internet, as well as the international institutions governing these transformations.
