Dr. Jeannine Relly

Bio:

Researcher Jeannine Relly is an associate professor in the School of Journalism at The University of Arizona and director of global initiatives with the Center for Border and Global Journalism. She is a mixed methods researcher who teaches undergraduate and graduate research methods at the university. She is on the Faculty Advisory Board and an affiliated faculty member with the Center for Digital Society and Data Studies and the Graduate Human Rights Practice Program. She also is an affiliated faculty member with the Center for Middle Eastern Studies and the Center for Latin American Studies at the university. Dr. Relly  is a former assistant director of a state-wide public opinion poll conducted through Arizona State University. She and her collaborators have worked on more than 30 research projects worldwide. Before joining the faculty, Dr. Relly worked for more than a dozen years as a journalist reporting in a number of states, the Caribbean and the Mexico-U.S. borderlands.
