Bio:
Over the past eight years, Chris has advised on a number of projects at the intersection of technology and human rights, principally in countries where access to information is heavily constrained, closely monitored or both. This experience builds upon a technical foundation in computer and network security and an academic background focused on legal, political, economic, activist and journalistic responses to related human rights challenges.
