Bio:
Anthony Nadler is an associate professor of Media and Communication Studies at Ursinus College. He is the author of Making the News Popular (University of Illinois Press, 2016) and co-editor, with AJ Bauer, of News on the Right:Studying Conservative News Cultures (Oxford University Press, 2019). His current research focuses on conservative news, media and populism, and debates surrounding propaganda and civic culture in a digital media landscape. He is working on a book on Andrew Breitbart, Rush Limbaugh, Matt Drudge, and the stories popular conservative media figures tell about the left. His articles have appeared in in Critical Studies in Media Communication, Journalism, Communication Review, Journalism Studies, Politics and Culture, n+1, Wired, and elsewhere.
